Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY 

Our online regulations are guided by the Electronic Communication and Transactions (ECT) Act and also the Customer Protection Act (CPA).

  • All exchanges, returns and refund queries are to be directed to [email protected] please.
  • Give aways and complimentary items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Purchased items may be returned if found unsuitable, faulty  or unwanted.
  • Purchased items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt/delivery.
  • Purchased items may be returned only if they have not been used. Items must be in original condition, packaging and all swing tags still attached. ( so keep the packaging boxes included, if not sure )
  • Original invoice maybe requested on request to return purchase ( to verify purchase time frame, pease save the invoice emailed to you ) "order email  verification also allowed".
  • Return of goods shipping/ postage cost will be carried by the customer ( you as the returner )
  • Goods found to be worn up on inspection will not be refunded or exchanged (claws 5 of returns policy violation). Clients will be notified by email or text.
  • Refunds on deposit/ transfer will  take 7 up to 15 working days to clear. ( Please be patient and understanding there are backend clearances and checks that must be followed for  security reasons ). Thank you in advance.
  • Refunds on Card takes 7 up to 30 working days to clear back to clients account.( Please be patient and understanding there are backend  clearances and checks that must be followed for  security reasons ). Thank you in advance.
